Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the personnel management from maintain the personal file to all documentation of the employee.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment.
∎ Manage the performance appraisal process for the company & Do the performance appraisal on time.
∎ Lead HR & Admin operations.
∎ Grievance handling and mange any dispute internal and external of the company.
∎ Assist Administration department for any job completion.
∎ Must manage the payroll and HRIS (Human Resource Information) system of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong leadership capability, good communication skills & team building efficiency.
