Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR, Admin & Compliance related activities for the Factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ Major Job Responsibilities of the position includes: Conversant with the Labor & Industrial Laws of Bangladesh and Code of Conduct of different RMG buyers.
∎ Experienced in Policy, Organization development & Implementation
∎ Manpower Planning
∎ Recruitment & Selection
∎ Automated Payroll Management
∎ Performance Management
∎ Training & Development
∎ Management of Disciplinary & Grievance related issues
∎ Compliance Management
∎ Buyers Compliance Audit Management
∎ Managing Compliance Certifications
∎ Supervision of Security Force
∎ Housekeeping Management
∎ Candidates who have adequate experience & expertise in performing the above-mentioned jobs independently in a reputed Woven Textile Factory, are only encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years

∎ Candidates having minimum 10 years (minimum 2 years in similar position) of hands-on experience in managing the HR, Admin & Compline related issues of export based Woven Textile Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply.
