Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR, Admin & Compliance related activities for the Factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ Conversant with the Labor & Industrial Laws of Bangladesh and Code of Conduct of different RMG buyers.
∎ Experienced in Policy, Organization development & Implementation·
