Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Understand the Fashion Trends with a strong sourcing network to manage product development accurately.
∎ 2. Must have to be experienced with Denim, Woven garments, And European markets.
∎ 3. Collaborating with designers, product developers, and manufacturers to develop new products.
∎ 4. Conducting product development meetings to discuss product design, cost, and quality.
∎ 5. Developing product specifications and overseeing sample production.
∎ 6. Managing the product development process to ensure products are completed on time and within budget.
∎ 7. Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that the product meets the required quality standards.
∎ 8. Monitoring product development schedules and ensuring that all milestones are achieved on time.
∎ 9. Working with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure the successful launch of new products.
∎ 10. Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements or new product development.
∎ 11. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Overall, a Development Merchandiser plays a critical role in the success of a product development team by ensuring that products are designed and developed to meet customer needs and market trends, while also ensuring that they are produced on time and within budget.
