Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a hands-on IT/Business Development Manager with expertise in software development, business development, sales, marketing, AI, and call center operations. You will lead cross-functional teams across IT, marketing, sales, and call center divisions, drive strategic growth, and implement intelligent CX solutions for clients across industries.
Experience with SaaS platforms and AI-driven applications, including implementing SaaS features, subscription management, multi-tenant architectures, or intelligent business solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and tools, contributing to the full software development lifecycle
