Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects from planning to delivery.

• Break down project requirements into tasks and assign them to team members.

• Monitor daily progress and ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA team.

• Communicate with clients (local & international) and handle requirements.

• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and follow-ups.

• Use tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar to manage workflow.

• Identify project risks and take proactive solutions.

• Ensure quality delivery through testing and review.

• Prepare progress reports for management.

• Improve team productivity and maintain smooth workflow.
