Senior Software Developer : Lead and manage a team of software developers in the design, development and maintenance of enterprise transportation management systems. Including custom dispatch/passenger/driver applications and transportation systems for shuttle, non-emergency medical and other transportation services. Oversee end-to-end software development processes, ensuring high-quality delivery of frontend and backend systems using technologies such as react, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, PHP, Laravel and SQL. Guide system architecture decisions, cloud infrastructure design and DevOps practices within an AWS environment, including EC2, S3, IAM and CloudWatch. Direct the integration of AI/ML solutions, including predictive ETA systems and GraphHopper-based routing tools to enhance real-time navigation and operational efficiency. Collaborate with major clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions, including custom routing logic, reporting tools and transactional systems. Manage CI/CD pipelines and support deployment automation and system monitoring across multiple environments. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices to maintain code quality, performance and scalability.

Requirements: BSC in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a Closely related field of study and 3 to 6 years of experience in software development using React, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, C#, SQL , DynamoDB, AWS, GraphHopper, PHP, laravel, Machine Learning tools and CI/CD to build custom dispatch/ passenger/driver applications and transportation systems for shuttle, non-emergency medical and other transportation services. Experience must include 3 to 6 years with each of the following, full-cycle software development including system architecture, cloud infrastructure management and client engagement, frontend development for scheduling, routing and financial transactions, backend development for booking workflows, dispatch and payment, AI/ML integration for predictive ETA and mileage optimization using GraphHopper, cloud and DevOps using AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch), deployment automation, Network security & secure coding practices (HTTPS, input validation, XSS/SQL/CSRF protection) , RESTful API architecture (CRUD, versioning, auth, rate limiting, Swagger/Postman documentation, third-party integrations), Git version control in team environments (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution), Familiarity with SaaS platforms, multi-tenant systems, subscription workflows, or cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines and custom client solutions including tailored routing logic and reporting features. Experience may be consecutive or concurrent.

Experience / Proven Expertise

●        Full-Stack Development: 3–5+ years building web apps with Laravel/PHP and React.js/Vue.js. Proof: GitHub repos, portfolio, or live apps.

●        API & Backend: Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, versioning, and third-party integrations. Proof: API docs or code samples.

●        Database & Performance: Hands-on with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL, including query optimization. Proof: schemas or optimized queries.

●        Security: Implemented network security and secure coding practices. Proof: live apps or security audits.

●        Version Control & Collaboration: Strong experience with Git workflows in team environments. Proof: commit history or repo contributions.

●        SaaS Development (Plus): Built or maintained SaaS applications, subscription management, or multi-tenant systems. Proof: live SaaS apps or dashboards.

●        AI & Advanced Features (Plus): Integrated AI-driven tools into web solutions. Proof: AI projects or dashboards.

●        Cloud & Deployment: Familiar with AWS, DigitalOcean, and Linux server deployment. Proof: deployed projects or cloud setups.

Must work in office.
