● Minimum A‑Levels
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● MBA or other advanced degrees is a plus
● Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients globally regarding travel bookings, airline reservations, chauffeur services, car rentals, and taxi bookings.
● Book and manage flight tickets, hotel reservations, and ground transportation services while addressing customer inquiries.
● Perform sales, upselling, and lead qualification for travel-related software, services, and packages.
● Provide professional customer support via phone, following standardized scripts and service protocols.
● Maintain accurate call records, CRM updates, and customer data related to transportation and travel services.
● Coordinate with internal teams including reservations, sales, marketing, Inbound/Outbound cold calling and technical support to ensure seamless customer experience.
● Meet daily/weekly call quality and performance targets, including booking accuracy, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
● Min 6mo -1 year experience in international call center / BPO / telemarketing
● Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
● Experience working with CRM software and call management systems
● Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
● Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
● Experience in transportation, limousine/taxi booking, or travel services is a plus
● Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
● Excellent spoken English (clear American/UK accent preferred)
● Strong communication & listening skills
● Basic computer knowledge (CRM, email, MS Office)
● Ability to handle customers professionally
● Sales mindset with confidence and persuasion skills
● Willingness to work Day/night shifts (US hours)
