Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all IT systems operate seamlessly based on the required infrastructure and networking
∎ Install and troubleshoot operating systems.
∎ Day to day troubleshoot the problems of all Desktop computers and Desktop productivity tools
∎ Do LAN cabling and ensure connectivity. Operate WAN communications and connectivity,
∎ Identify, manage and control the external infrastructure resources to ensure that all hardware and identified operating systems perform to their expected levels.
∎ Ensure that performances of the external resources are monitored and measured on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure that the designs for all infrastructure components are co-ordinated to establish an integrated company-wide environment, when installed.
∎ Monitor Infrastructure and operating system performance, plan and manage upgrades by co-coordinating with suppliers, and users.
∎ Train key users whenever necessary.
∎ Advise and adapt business justified new technologies, as and when applicable, in order to enhance performance of all systems.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Manage central Antivirus Management System
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Basic knowledge of i-OS
∎ Understanding of complex information and requirements
∎ Must have practical experience in working in factories.
∎ Sound in communication in both English and Bangla Language
∎ Willingness to work under tight deadline and pressure
