Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on Design All Over Printing.
∎ The manager maintenance is mid-level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall AOP Design function.
∎ Job Location - Job location will be Head Office and Factory Office- Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have a good understanding of various types of design, repeat sizes, overlapping, design measurement, color separation etc.
∎ Producing designs using software Adobe illustrator, photo shop etc.
∎ Liaising with clients, marketing and technical to plan and develop designs
∎ Accurately interpreting client's ideas
∎ Should know whether or not the given design is possible for flatbed printing machine and knowing the limitation of machine.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to accomplish the assigned tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 Years of experience in a large reputed Textile factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AOP design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
∎ Operating basic computer software.
∎ Ability to communicate in English & Bengali both.
