Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up and keep track of Design targets (allocated to each team) vs designs created by teams.
∎ Ensure timely submissions of assignments/fulfilment of targets
∎ Ensure availability of necessary RM (Fabric, Accessories etc) used for sample development
∎ Follow-up individual designer performance as well as team performance by taking regular feedback from Design managers
∎ Create smooth liaison between designers and HOO, Top management
∎ Submit regular performance report/ progress report of designers to HOO and top management
∎ Find out problems faced by designers and communicate with HOO to ensure fast and effective solution
∎ Come up with suggestions for overall betterment of Design studio performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5years in similar role
∎ Strong team management capabilities
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Fashion Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Lifestyle fashion
∎ A proven record of success in coordinating design & product development work.
∎ Strong knowledge of all kind of fabric & Fabric washing
∎ Basic Technical, pattern making & sewing knowledge
∎ A good eye for color, texture and shape
∎ Should be able to work under pressure
