∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Microsoft Excel, Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Project Management, team work
Job Context:
∎ Employer is a leading corporate entity acting as local agents of multiple international entities in Bangladesh implementing number of strategic, infrastructural, and IT projects in association of national and international stakeholders.
∎
∎ Employer is looking to employ a smart, well-groomed, young, enthusiastic team player to undertake the job responsibilities as Deputy Project Manager for different ongoing projects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing project proposals, analysis and presentations (content writing);
∎ Undertaking research (analytical, financial and comparative) on relevant aspects of project implementation;
∎ Assist in reviewing and preparation of tender documents, EOIs and RFPs;
∎ Drafting letters, emails and correspondence with national and international stakeholders;
∎ Arrange, Schedule and Participate in meetings with relevant stakeholders;
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders in terms of project progressions and updates;
∎ Supervise team members working under the project(s);
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the project(s).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in English (IELTS Score - 7.5+ or equivalent);
∎ Expertise in Computing, in particular MS WORD, EXCEL and Power-point
∎ Excellent drafting, communication and presentation skills;
∎ Adaptability with respect to challenging timelines, long and/or irregular hours;
∎ Flexibility to work and travel abroad (as and when required).
Salary: Negotiable
