Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logistics
∎ EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate (MBA in Logistics would be preferred)
∎ Skills Required: customs duty, Freight Forwarding, Shipping Operation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial related experience, Logistics Management, Shipping Liners or Shipping Agencies, Shipping Operation, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Shipping, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing operations related to movement of Export and Import (EXIM) containers in Dhaka area including Factory Stuffing/Destuffing and ICD Stuffing/Destuffing.
∎ Coordination with Shipping Lines for the above operations.
∎ Coordination with shippers, CHAs, Consolidators/Freight Forwarders, Transporters, etc. to efficiently get Customs Cleared Containers for Exports and Imports.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring documentation for above operations in approved formats.
∎ Coordination with Pangaon Port for movement of Barges/Riverine Vessels to carry the Exim containers including loading/unloading, documentation and commercial formalities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ EXPERIENCE: Five years with CHA/Freight Forwarder/Shipping Line or working in ICD. High level of computer proficiency is expected from cadidates.
∎ Age & education can be flexible for an ideal candidate
Salary: Negotiable
