Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years of relevant working experience in development or humanitarian setting, preferably in Education and Education in Emergency (EiE) program
∎ Advanced expertise in partnership management, communication, project operations monitoring, budgeting, tracking, procurement, distribution etc.
∎ Sufficient knowledge on pedagogy, material development, conducting training, non-formal education program, education policy, etc.
∎ Clear understanding of the Rohingya response situation of the country, education in emergency, technology-based education, formal and non-formal education theories, and practices
∎ Familiarity with diverse education-relevant stakeholder groups, including government education priorities and processes, institutions, and networks
∎ Ability to articulate concepts and ideas related to the education field, make presentations, and deliver quality written reports
