Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years experiences in the relevant field, including 2 years in management or supervisory position.
∎ Sound working experience on Child Rights based program and partnership management
∎ Demonstrated experience to work with sex worker mother and children of sex workers will be preferred
∎ Clear understanding of UNCRC and other Human Rights instruments are essential.
∎ Ability to facilitate capacity development activity/program of partner organizations and local government stakeholders.
∎ Excellent knowledge of Project Cycle Management, advocacy, networking and coordination with partner and local Govt.
∎ Demonstrated Skill in developing project documents, plans and monitoring the budget and expenditure of partner organizations.
∎ Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
