∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Social Science, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Law, “Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE)” or any discipline from any recognized university.
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ Oversee CBP Community Group Activities.
∎ Regular meeting and rapport building with community group members.
∎ Supervise and facilitate training session for team members.
∎ Keeps records of group activities and clients.
∎ All necessary reporting related to community group.
∎ Liaise maintain with donor.
∎ Supervise logistics and other support on a regular basis.
∎ Perform the distribution works and requisition from community group facilitator.
∎ Reach out to other services in zone.
∎ Participate in camp coordination meeting.
∎ Relationship Build up with management & government agencies.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ A minimum of 2 years of experience in Community Group and their application in humanitarian or development settings.
∎ Strong writing skills and experience in writing donor reports and proposals and grant management.
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize work and competing tasks, meet deadlines and maintain composure.
∎ Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and strengthening project team in a dynamic, challenging and changing context, including experience with remote management.
∎ Excellent communication, listening and observation skills, including ability to create trust, support, maintain confidentiality, respect of all ages, background and diversity.
