Skills Required: Experienced in donor fund management,Good Proposal Writting Skill,NGO Development projects,Project Cycle Management,Reports Writing,Strategic planning and programme development,Training Facilitation

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 34 to 50 years
  • Applicants are required to possess at least ten (10) years of project management experience within the nonprofit sector.
  • Nonetheless, candidates with a minimum of six (06) years of experience will be considered if they have been or are currently employed by the UN organizations or international NGOs.
  • Experience with projects related to climate change, disaster risk reduction, or governance will be considered a valuable asset.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist the project manager in ensuring timely implementation and regular progress assessment

  • Lead the project field team, oversee their activities, and provide support in resolving project issues.

  • Help the field team develop their individual work plans and monitor their performance.

  • Review monitoring reports and assess project progress against established objectives and indicators.

  • Perform quality assurance checks on all project deliverables and explain any deviations or potential delays.

  • Identify project risks & challenges and implement solutions.

  • Participate in external events to share project successes and learnings.

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with all project stakeholders.

  • Make regular visits to project sites to evaluate progress.

  • Prepare various project reports and develop recommendations.

  • Ensure timely submission of necessary documents to both the NGOAB and the funding agency.

  • Undertake any additional duties as directed by management.
