• Age 27 to 40 years

• Guide the field team by providing orientation, feedback, and direction to execute targeted activities according to the project implementation plan.

• Prepare, implement, monitor, and evaluate the project implementation plan on a monthly basis.

• Prepare monthly reports incorporating data, documents, and case studies related to field activities.

• Guarantee the complete, accurate, and timely submission of financial records and monitoring data, including relevant supporting documents from field activities.

• Coordinate and facilitate risk assessments, action planning, dialogues, meetings, workshops, day observations, and training sessions with stakeholders.

• Act as a representative of the project/organization at District, Upazila, and Union levels.

• Participate in coordination meetings at the Upazila and District levels to share project progress and ensure adherence to compliance standards with the local authorities.

• Detect and communicate potential risks and obstacles in project implementation and suggest countermeasures.

• Support data gathering and feedback analysis at the field level to assess project outcomes and improve implementation strategies.

• Undertake additional duties as delegated by management.
