Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Graduate in Architect / Civil Engineer

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop architectural design as per the agreement/ needs of the project proposal and programme
∎ Produce detailed drawing work of the structure according to plan
∎ Visit field to monitor sites construction work and to identify fabrication and modification need
∎ Ensure representation and coordination of HCMP with ISCG (Inter Sector Coordination Group), national and local authorities, INGOs and other Sectors
∎ Conduct need assessment survey of different structure on the basis of beneficiaries / users demand and need
∎ Develop advanced visualization and analysis system to communicate with different stakeholders
∎ Ensure work quality or output for best services to the FDMN and host community
∎ Maintain proper archive management for further reference
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ knowledge with AutoCAD, sketch up, Eco Tect 2D, 3D , Rhino Etc
∎ Knowledge on coordination, monitoring, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding.
∎ Knowledge on people management.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
