• 12 years working experience in Senior Executive Position in Life Insurance both in the field and Administrative Job

• 5 years working experience as Assistant Managing Director / Senior Executive Vice President / Executive Vice President

• Candidate should have good experience in Administration, Development Administration, Sales promotion and marketing.

• Candidates should have fair knowledge in Companies Act 1994, Securities & Exchange Ordinance 1969, Insurance Act 2010, Insurance Rules 1958, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission Act, Rules and Regulations etc.

• Candidates must have minimum 2nd class in his all educational career.

• Age : Not less than 40 years and not more than 55 years

• Experience : 12 years of experience in Life Insurance company
