- Minimum 15 years’ experience in any reputed bank or financial institution out of which at least 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in Finance & Accounts and taxation related works of a bank / NBFI.
Responsibilities & Context:
Uttara Finance and Investments Limited, one of the leading joint venture leasing and financial companies in the country is looking for a competent Deputy Managing Director.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for all the NBFI’s fiscal operating results utilizing generally accepted accounting principles, such as cost accounting, budgets, and regulatory agency and government reports ensuring the safeguard of Company’s assets.
Responsible for managing all matters pertaining to Finance.
Financial Planning, MIS, Budgeting, Cash Flow Projections.
Responsible for ensuring integrity, accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Supervising filing of statutory returns to regulatory authorities.
Reviewing / preparing management and financial reports for the Company.
Ensure compliance of all the financial guidelines of the concerned regulators.
