∎ MBA / Master from any reputed Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the smooth operations of the entire Spinning units.
∎ Strong personality.
∎ Have a strong capability and self confidence to run a group of companies.
∎ Responsibilities of overall Administration & HR operations.
∎ Policy Execution & Initiative for new policy formulation.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Communicate with marketing team to keep an update on order status, production status as well as delivery status.
∎ Strong ability on Banking/Supply chain/Backward linkage management.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends.
∎ Active participation and share most common issues, challenges & best practices.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing production activities and issues.
∎ Conduct weekly/monthly meeting with HOD's focusing repeated critical & major issues.
∎ Risk Management.
∎ Public Relations.
∎ Disciplinary actions as per Law and Company Code of Conduct.
∎ Any assignment given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Above 15 year(s) experience is required. Working in the spinning Mills Group will be an advantage for this position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, operation ,Production, Finance and Banking.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Spinning Industries.

Salary: Negotiable
