∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE, EEE, ECE, ETE, ICT
∎ Professional Certification is must
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good customer service skills, ability to communicate with business, application, and information security teams on a technical and non-technical level.
∎ Ability to work with planning teams to prepare high level and low-level network designs.
∎ Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge of implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting network and security solutions.
∎ Candidate must have strong documentation skills.
∎ Respond to highly complex and technical user service requests/inquiries that involve problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution.
∎ Good understanding of customers’ environment and business needs.
∎ A good communicator (as this is a technical pre-sale role), must be conversant with Network and Security solutions.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
∎ Install, configuration, and troubleshooting network & security equipment like router, switch, firewalls AP, etc.
∎ Install & configuration of Cyber Security Products like Endpoint Security, Web Application Firewall, NAC, Sandboxing, SIEM, etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios.
∎ Professional Certification: Minimum CCNP RnS/Security, PaloAlto PCNSE, Fortinet NSE-4, Sophos Architect, CEH etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Interest on Network & Cloud
∎ Ability to meet with customers and build relationships.
∎ Good communication skills as team player.
∎ Should have presales experience and excellent presentation skills
∎ Good communication with teamwork and learning ability
∎ Must have technical support experience in any of these industries.
