Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all project machinery commissioning and testing and follow up electrical & utility operation and maintenance.
∎ Maintain preventive/scheduled maintenance program in all areas both of electrical and utility system to ensure smooth supply of Utility
∎ Supervise & ensure regular maintenance works & schedule maintenance of Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Utility machinery and Sub Station etc.
∎ Diagnose, troubleshoot, assemble and handle of electrical & utility problems.
∎ Prepare full unit for facing different audits like Accord/RSC, Alliance, Bureau Veritas along with specific brands req. & other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ Must be knowledgeable in electrical load calculation, single line diagram (SLD), electrical layout design, LPS, FDS & FPS etc.
∎ Operation & maintenance of HVAC system, water cooled screw chiller, Hot water system, AHU & FCU & cassette units.
∎ Run, trouble-shoot and maintenance of ETP, STP, WTP.GRAY water, Rain water & RO etc.
∎ Maintain effective working relationships with field crews, contractors, vendors & Outside agencies
∎ Maintain the optimal inventory management of the materials & spares by coordinating with MCD & supply chain department.
∎ Work for energy savings and implementing energy efficient activities of all areas by using different method.
∎ Ensure PPE and maintain safety legislation at workplace. And initiating training for maintenance staffs on TPM, LOTO, Electrical safety, Machine safety operation and maintenance, Boiler safety and operation.
∎ Prepare reports and update management on a regular basis.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Good Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
