Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and optimize anodizing processes for architectural and industrial aluminium profiles to achieve required film thickness, surface finish, corrosion resistance, and product durability according to international standards and customer requirements.
Lead and control surface pretreatment operations including degreasing, etching, desmutting, neutralization, and rinsing processes to ensure proper surface preparation and coating performance.
Optimize sulfuric acid anodizing and electrolytic coloring operations to maintain coating consistency, color uniformity, surface quality, and defect-free production.
Develop, monitor, and improve Electrodeposition (ED) coating parameters including coating deposition, curing conditions, adhesion, appearance quality, corrosion resistance, and weather durability.
Identify root causes of coating and surface treatment defects such as burning, pitting, streaking, uneven coloration, pinholes, contamination, and coating thickness variation and implement corrective actions.
Establish and implement quality assurance systems, inspection procedures, laboratory testing methods, and acceptance standards for anodized and ED coated aluminium products.
Prepare SOPs, process control documents, technical guidelines, maintenance procedures, and operational standards for anodizing and ED coating facilities.
Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to engineers, supervisors, operators, and laboratory personnel to strengthen operational capability and process efficiency.
Support commercial production activities by recommending productivity improvement initiatives, quality enhancement programs, energy-saving measures, and cost optimization strategies for sustainable factory operation.
