Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provisioning experience in the Core Network of a leading ISP.
∎ Day-to-day activity involves checking the daily provisioning tasks.
∎ Perform what is required: addition, modification, relocations and decommission scenarios based on the scope of work in the Engineering orders.
∎ Ability to identify network failures, determining source and cause of provisioning failures and recommending course of action.
∎ Ability to liaise with stakeholders, network operations center and the planners of on-going projects in the Core network provisioning space.
∎ A thorough understanding of transmission activation; IP CORE router activation; carrier ethernet transmission, aggregator activation, CWDM/DWDM and legacy networks.
∎ To assist the department in the management, monitoring and provisioning of networks and systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of working on Cisco IOS-XR and IOS-XE routers.
∎ Comfortable to handle large scale IGP domains with strong knowledge on OSPFv2 and OSPFv3.
∎ Experience of working on MPLS network is a mandatory.
∎ Must have maintained various monitoring services such as Nagios, Smokeping, Cacti, observium.
∎ Experience of working with traffic analysis protocol such as NETFLOW as well as configuring open source flow collectors are must.
∎ Advance knowledge on LDP/RSVP signaling is a must.
∎ Knowledge on SR signaling is expected.
∎ Must be very comfortable with ipv6 addressing and configuration.
∎ Knowledge on DNS64 and NAT64 is expected.
∎ Hands on experience with vpnv6 is a plus.
∎ Hands on experience with VPLS and Inter-AS option A and C is a plus.
∎ Must be very good at mQoS as well as mVPN.
∎ Scripting on bash/php/python will give added advantage.
∎ Must be comfortable with both MPLS and Ethernet OAM.
∎ Experience in storage/server/virtualization platform will be an added advantage.
