∎ Strong communication and team management skills
∎ 8-10 years of work experience in the field of sales with 2-3 years in leadership role
∎ Working experience in Cement/Steel sector will be preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lob Location: Chattogram South Region & Chattogram Metro Region
∎
∎ Monitor, supervise and guide the team properly
∎ Collect sufficient data for market analysis
∎ Collect customer feedback & provide necessary support
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies
∎ Continuously work on developing new channel
∎ Regular follow-up with Existing/Potential Customers
∎ Regular market visit, Client hunt, Create market opportunity
∎ Make presentation to the potential customers
∎ Prepare report as required by the management
∎ Implement any other assignment given by the management from time to time
