∎ At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of research focusing on education in a project through partnership/collaborative approach
∎ In-depth knowledge on impact study will be an advantage.
∎ Demonstrated skills related to research and reporting.
∎ Technical skills in data management, report writing and presentation.
∎ Previous experience in research programs will be preferred.
∎ Strong capacity to liaison with GoB and respective stakeholders.
∎ Excellent communications in English and Bangla (both written and verbal)
