∎ At least 05 years of working experience, preferably in education related program within a development NGO or an INGO.
∎ Detail knowledge about the Education program, Child Education situation in Bangladesh,
∎ Clear understanding about formal and non-formal Education practices and implementation know how
∎ Experience in managing program with extremely marginalized groups like Children who are living in the brothel and their mother will get preference.
∎ Excellent skills on training designing and facilitation
∎ Excellent inter-personal communication skills
∎ Excellent in teamwork, monitoring and supervision through self-motivation
∎ Excellent in program coordination
∎ Good English communication skills
∎ Hands-on computer (MS Office. MS Excell) operating skills
