Site Management, site supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In charge of project planning, coordination, and execution
∎ Developing projects scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
∎ Developing details project plans to project teams ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
∎ Meeting with top management and stakeholders to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, use appropriate verification techniques to measure project performance, manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
∎ Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation for proper implementation of the project
∎ Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation and monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
∎ Developing excellent leadership communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders
∎ Preparing and submitting project status report to management and other stakeholders time to time
