Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/Development Studies/ Public Policy or MBA/MPH/ Bachelor of Engineering from any public or recognized private university.
∎ English Medium Background (O Level /A Level) will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and writing project concept note/paper.
∎ Keeping contact, exploring new donors for mobilizing fund.
∎ Writing project proposals.
∎ Developing log frame for projects.
∎ Preparing budget for project and analyze head wise expenditure
∎ Writing reports e.g. inception, periodical progress, project completion etc. report.
∎ Preparing documents required for NGO affairs bureau e.g. FD-6, FD-2, FC-2 etc.
∎ Review and analyze progress of the project and submit report to the management.
∎ Carry out study, survey etc. on road safety.
∎ Support BRAC Driving School activities and report preparation
∎ Liaison with government offices, development partners and NGOs concerned with road safety and programmes of BRAC as well
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Computer skill & proficiency in English language is preferable.
∎ At least 03 years of experience in a comparable position in INGO/NGOs.
∎ Develop plan and organise workshop/seminar on road safety.
∎ Conduct training session on road safety.
∎ Coordinate and liaison with driving schools.
