Educational Requirements:
∎ BSS/ BSc./ BBA in Economics/ Sociology/ Development Studies/ Anthropology/ Political Science/ Social Welfare/ Marketing/ Finance from any recognised university with minimum 2nd Division/Class/ CGPA 2.00 in all academic results.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the focal point of PRL's Programme Development Unit for all upstream and downstream partnership due diligence.
∎ Coordinate and complete all the partnership due diligence processes involving all the relevant parties
∎ Coordinate the process of approval of new partnerships through ED's Office and PCC
∎ Provide support in the identification, tracking, and analysis of emerging and current Donors trends and opportunities that add to and/or complement Donor business forecasts and relay information and update to BRAC COs, technical staff
∎ Update the BFFS with latest documents regularly and routinely
∎ Act as the custodian of documentation in the PRL folder in BFFS from PRL's Programme Development Unit
∎ Provide necessary support in the proposal development process, including design, writing, and submission
∎ Work collaboratively with BRAC fundraising focal persons across the organisation to manage existing tools and develop others to ensure high quality business development practices across the programmes
∎ Ensure that the PD-SOP is followed by relevant parties
∎ Ensure regular and timely update of all the datasheets of PRL's Programme Development Unit, including but not limited to: pipeline, partnership due diligence data sheets, and consultant database.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the safeguarding goals while acting as a key source of support, guidance and expertise for establishing a safe working environment in accordance to its reporting procedures.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Practice, promote, encourage and endorse the safeguarding policy and implementation standards among team members in case of any reportable incident
∎ Support in different need-based ad-hoc activities related to PRL's activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years' experience in programme development, proposal writing, project design, or relevant tasks etc.
