∎ JOB PURPOSE: This role is responsible for supporting the Quality assurance team in assessing the trigger issues that hinders performance. The role is also responsible for identifying ways for resolving those issues, advice the management team to develop strategies for continuous quality improvement.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use m-Health platform (Dishari app) and conduct field visits to ensure quality services are provided by the SKs.
∎ Monitor Area Managers' performance quality through field visits and checking m-health dashboard, DFS and SOP.
∎ Identify loopholes in the service delivery system/ method by the Area Managers, PA, SK and share findings with operations team for system improvement.
∎ Analyze dashboard data, prepare and share at a glance report of programme indicators to the management. Based on the report, suggest corrective indicators where necessary.
∎ Ensure the compliance of inventory management as per guidelines and procedures.
∎ Prepare related reports and presentations for the management as required.
