Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to introduce and implement KPI & KRA based performance appraisal system that drives high performance of the employees of the Group.
∎ Responsible to support all concerned employees in setting up their numeric KPIs in Balanced Score Card Method through proper trainings.
∎ Responsible to prepare polices and SOPs for making the performance appraisal system effectively every year.
∎ Responsible to manage tasks as and when required by the management as well as Head of HR in terms of performance appraisal system.
