Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of the branch and follow banking norms.
∎ Minimization of exposures to and impact of operational risks inherent in Branch Operations.
∎ Quality leadership of Branch Operations translating into conducive work environment and employee satisfaction. This will encompass performance management and staff development for maximum productivity of employees.
∎ Application of established policies, processes, procedures and tools in achieving compliance requirements, optimal efficiency, resource utilization and cost containment.
∎ Monitor the branch targets and strategize to acquire new accounts and expand existing accounts by offering various financial products and services to the customer.
∎ Responsible for monitoring business, compliance and operations.
∎ Executing any other duties as and when required by the Management or Branch Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 3-7 years' practical experience of working in any reputed scheduled Bank as Deputy Manager/Operations Manager.
∎ Candidates who recruited through Management Trainee (MTO) Program in the Bank will be given preference.
