Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in information management/ statistics/ Urban and Rural Planning / public health / social science or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years experience in monitoring and evaluation in maternal, preferably in newborn and child health is required.
∎ Proven experiences in working in partnership with MOH&FW, USAID and NGOs would be added value.
∎ Excellent knowledge and experience on statistical analysis, database management, data presentation and report writing. Advance level expertise in MS Excel is mandatory.
∎ Ability to deal with maternal and newborn health HMIS of DGFP and DGHS.
∎ Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of database concepts
∎ Clear understanding on data for program management decision making.
∎ Extensive experience in computer operation particularly, in MS Office, SPSS / STATA.
