Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
Professional certifications such as CPSM is preferred but not mandatory.

- Age At least 35 years
Experience 10 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the textile/apparel industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with the ability to build long-term supplier relationships.
Sound knowledge of local and international sourcing markets and import procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar).
Excellent analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and support decision-making.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Familiarity with INCOTERMS, Customs Regulations, and Foreign Trade Practices will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, Proactive, and Result-Oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage Order Placement and execution (Foreign and Local) in alignment with Purchase Requisitions.
Lead price negotiations to secure goods in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Conduct need analysis by identifying demand–supply gaps to support effective procurement planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of all purchase categories and organizational requirements.
Initiate, monitor, and report on Cost-Saving Projects related to raw material procurement.
Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers (both local and international) to strengthen the supply base.
Provide the Marketing Team with up-to-date yarn prices from reputed suppliers to support accurate costing.
