∎ Age 25 to 65 years
∎ This candidate should have at least 6 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ Highly Preference to sales experience on Share ownership of Hotel and Resorts.
∎ Or, extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate, Hotel, Resorts business and present market scenario.
∎ Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target& Capable to close the business deal
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must have self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right TG.
∎ Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.

∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals. Any other task assigned by Management.
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has experience in the Share Ownership Hotel & Resort business, Real Estate/ Land Development Industry.
