Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA /Engineering or Equivalent in Marketing/Management/ Finance / from any recognized and reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of indenting business, procedure, regulatory requirements and compliance
∎ Extensive experience in indenting of industrial equipment, products and raw materials,
∎ Experience in selling chemicals and raw material will be added advantage.
∎ Good contacts and access to prospects i.e. industries and vendors
∎ Explore new areas of business for indenting
∎ Sourcing new items that are potential for this market
∎ Experience in managing and resolving issues / disputes while concluding contractual obligations
∎ Ability to undertake tours to project locations
∎ Ability to professionally communicate in English with feign principals
∎ Knowledge in import procedures and understanding terms of letter of credit, customs clearance, import tariffs, incoterms
∎ Develop business/sales strategy and account plan for priority accounts that ensures the achievement of sales and profit targets within set budgets
∎ Prepare and execute strategic meetings with important decision makers.
∎ Effectively manage the opportunity pipeline in order to reliably predict revenue
∎ Keep Management and Marketing informed of development of opportunities and accounts including market trends and competitor issues
∎ Build long-term strategic relationships and partnerships with customers to grow business and gain market share
∎ Support with data to forecasting and budget process
∎ Lead the tender process – setting up and follow-up on tender project plan, drive tender opportunities, get commitment and maximize tender outcome
∎ Use all available internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Ensure all administration is comprehensive and completed on time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command over spoken and written English.
∎ Good communication, drafting and reporting skills.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.

Salary: Negotiable
