Responsibilities & Context: Provide executive leadership, define the organization’s strategic direction, and oversee all operational activities. This role involves collaborating with the board of directors, managing the executive leadership team, and ensuring the company’s financial health and long-term growth. It also includes representing the organization to external stakeholders and maintaining alignment with its mission and values.
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Sales management: Lead, coach, and manage a sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Marketing and Brand Management: Plan, budget & execute marketing, brand & activation plan along with digital marketing initiative.
- Market analysis: Track and analyses market trends, identify new business opportunities, and conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Customer and relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Financial management: Manage the commercial function to control costs and maximize revenue and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Operations: Collaborate with supply chain and other departments to optimize stock levels, manage promotional campaigns, and ensure efficient distribution.
- Business development: Identify opportunities for new products or services and assist with market trials and field testing.
