∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Industrial & production Engineer (IPE) from any recognized and well reputed university.
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Mawlana Bhasani Science and Technology University students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: IE
∎ Skills Required: Apparel Manufacturing Process

∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry, knit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and evaluate efficient working of garments unit and administer all processes and methods according to required standards and systems using IE method/tools.
∎ Maintain and update knowledge for all manufacturing engineering processes and design all processes for manpower and associate program and monitor all productivity
∎ Evaluate and perform investigation on all variances for all planned and actual results for industrial processes and maintain track of all information and ensure integrity of all results for processes.
∎ Plan layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity using IE method/tools Identify & remove causes of delay production to meet shipment dates Operational Bulletin and competitive consumption (SMV Calculation) Ensure the average efficiency as per company
∎ Goals Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis Study individual operator's performance and follow up unskilled operators.
∎ Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Do method / Motion / Time study in line for each style.
∎ Capacity study of line for setting standards targets and line balancing.
∎ Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
∎ Train the concern responsible to increase productivity.
∎ Lead IE team with modern IE tools and method.
∎ Analysis, problem identifies and find out solution to continuous improvement.
∎ Provide cost effective production system through capacity plan and make sure achievement.
∎ Check and finalize machine layout plan as well as target.
∎ Ensure most effective, easier and economy method of work in production.
∎ Skill inventory of operator and prepare data base regular basis.
∎ WIP control, monitoring and report making, Improve overall productivity.
