• 7 to 12 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

• B.Sc in IPE from SUST, BUET, RUET, CUET. KUET will get preference.

• 7 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age 28 to 38 years
• Only Male

• Time management skills and Strong work ethics.
• Data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail and process oriented.
• Ability to proactively contribute to a positive office environment.
• Problem solving skills and ability to resolve issues.
• Proficient in planning software, ERP, Computing and MS office. Broad knowledge of the technical processes and products involved in dyeing.
• Candidates with experience in the Knit Garments industry will get preference.

• Prepare monthly batch plan as per TNA.

• Prepare weekly & monthly dyeing machine loading plan as per TNA.

• Prepare three (03) days dyeing machine loading freeze plan as per TNA.

• Prepare weekly plan hit rate report.

• In case of TNA fail discuss with RMG planners for revised TNA date.

• Revised daily dyeing plan if needed.

• Ensure dyeing machine capacity utilization at least 90%.

• Attend all kind of meeting with cross functional department.

• Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ the Top Management.
