∎ Job Summary: Abahani Limited is seeking an efficient and dedicated Deputy Manager for the IT Department at the Sheikh Kamal Krira Complex. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the IT-related functions of the complex. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience and be a graduate of a reputable public or private university. Proficiency in software and graphics design, IT networking, and related technologies is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure at the complex, ensuring it meets operational needs.
∎ Manage and maintain servers, network equipment, and other IT hardware.
∎ 2. Software and Application Management: Administer and support the software and applications used within the complex, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
∎ Provide technical support for software-related issues.
∎ 3. Graphics Design: Create and design digital graphics, promotional materials, and marketing collateral for the complex.
∎ Ensure branding and design consistency across all digital and print materials.
∎ 4. IT Networking: Maintain and troubleshoot network systems to ensure uninterrupted connectivity for all users.
∎ Implement network security measures to protect sensitive data.
∎ 5. Help Desk Support: Provide technical assistance and support to complex staff and users.
∎ Address IT-related queries and issues in a timely manner.
∎ 6. Data Management: Back up and secure data, ensuring data integrity and availability.
∎ Assist in data analytics and reporting as required.
∎ 7. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Collaborate with IT vendors and suppliers for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
∎ Monitor and verify invoices and payments.
∎ 8. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for complex staff to enhance their IT skills and knowledge.
∎ Stay updated with the latest technology trends and share insights with the team.
