Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE/ Textile, Wet process & Fabric manufacturing will be preferable.
∎ M.Sc / B.Sc from any reputed University.
∎ Education may be relaxed for more competent Candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
∎ Analysis manpower status and set standard assist in implementing lean manufacturing process at Knitting, Dyeing & Washing Plant.
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to provide expert inputs while determining worker functions and responsibilities.
∎ Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources.
∎ Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards at textile industry.
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
∎ Man & machine ratio considering direct & indirect.
∎ Establish and maintain 6S.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time
∎ Must have good managerial skill to maintain floor people motivation.
