Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Graduate in Development studies/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Statistics or any other relevant disciplines with minimum 2nd class in all examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather information on BEP's funding requirement with relevant data on priority subsectors.
∎ Compile and maintain a database of international and local donor organisations (international foundations, bilateral and multilateral agencies and private corporations) which fits into BEP'S requirements.
∎ Generate information about possible RFP (Request for Proposal) that BEP would be interested in. Write concept notes/ proposals and develop draft plan to answer RFP (Request for Proposal) and share the plan with respective units to finalise the plan.
∎ Maintaining an overview of funding across the organisation and analyse fund sources to inform fundraising strategy and assess progress against targets and to prepare program reports as needed for those projects.
∎ Regularly monitor donor websites and identify and inform donor opportunities matching the work of BRAC. Undertake independent research in finding alternative resources for long-term sustainability of the organisation.
∎ Assist in ideating and writing concept notes, project ideas and project proposals & ensure their timely submission.
∎ Work closely with relevant units of BEP and other Departments (PRL, HR, F&A).

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in relevant functions in development sector
∎ Should have donor requirement understanding/ conceptual skill.
∎ Able to innovate fundraising strategies & good presentation skill.

Salary: Negotiable
