Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in CSE or similar field from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Database Administration, ERP Implementation, HRMS, LIMS, QMS, Surveillance System, System Network Administration
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer and support computer systems such as ERP, HRMS, Attendance System, Security System, Surveillance System that are used in factory premises.
∎ Administer and support production, production machinery, quality assurance and lab related computer systems such as MES, QMS, LIMS.
∎ Administer Database Systems (Oracle, SQL Server etc.)
∎ Manage Linux/Windows based System Operations.
∎ Ensure Security, Backup of all the Software/Database/Systems.
∎ Manage Users, Access control for any systems.
∎ Support and troubleshoot IT related services.
∎ Support and troubleshoot any network issues.
∎ Coordinate with Central IT team to Procure, Deploy and Manage IT Infrastructure.
∎ Coordinate with Central BPM team for ERP Operations support.
∎ Supervise Concern IT, MIS and BPM team members at factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional Certification on Database, System & Network Administration will add advantages.
∎ Knowledge on Pharma related systems, products and processes will add advantages.
∎ Minimum 8 years of work experience in relevant field.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals Industry
∎ At least 3-year(s) hands on experience on Oracle Database and Linux System Administration.
∎ Sound communication and collaboration skills with management team, development teams, system experts, vendors and relevant service providers.
∎ Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Very strong issue tracking and issue management skills.
∎ Self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
∎ Must be proactive, energetic, target oriented and determined to meet deadline.
