Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 years of progressive work experience in recovery, rehabilitation, and disaster risk reduction (DRR) programs with substantial exposure in similar role/ capacity, including field operations management and supervisory experience
∎ Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects related to EPP/DRR and coordination for children and young people with a policy influencing dimension
∎ Proven expertise in emergency preparedness planning and its implementation
∎ Prior exposure with coordinated nonprofit work approaches across diverse sectors: Health, Nutrition, WASH, Child Protection and Education will be preferred
∎ Strong conceptual understanding of humanitarian and donor compliances, humanitarian response operation modalities and child friendly methods
∎ Sound knowledge of rights-based work with children and Core Humanitarian Standard
∎ Eloquent report writing, presentation, and facilitation skills
∎ Enthusiasm, motivation, self-confidence, and a proactive approach to problem solving
∎ Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in Disaster Management or Development Studies.
