Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in National and/or International NGOs, including 3 years working experience in HIV/AIDS program especially with Key population interventions
∎ Knowledge of essential clinical services and methodologies for targeted intervention with key populations
∎ In-depth knowledge on HIV prevention activities with KPs, targeting injecting drug users, people living with HIV is desirable
∎ Demonstrated skills, experience, and knowledge in targeted interventions in the context of HIV and AIDS
∎ Proven experience for conduction of training for clinical staffs on STI Management, ART, OST, Co-infection management, HIV testing services and infection prevention issues.
∎ Experience in program planning and capacity building initiatives
∎ Should have ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically.
∎ Data collection, assessment and analytical skills
∎ Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with proven ability in providing OJT, couching and mentoring DIC and outlet level staff
∎ Excellent skill in MS office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Power point.
