Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in National and/or International NGOs, including 3 years working experience in HIV/AIDS program especially with people at higher risk of HIV infection (Injecting Drug User, Female Sex Workers, etc.)
∎ Knowledge of quality assurance functions and quality improvement methods for targeted intervention with KPs
∎ Demonstrated skills, experience, and knowledge in Targeted Interventions in the context of HIV and AIDS
∎ Proven experience for conduction of training for clinical staffs on STI Management and Infection prevention, program planning and capacity building
∎ Should have ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically.
∎ Data collection, assessment and analytical skills
∎ Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with proven ability in providing OJT, couching and mentoring DIC and outlet level staff
∎ Excellent skill in MS office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Power point.
