Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ Institution.
Understanding of microcredit, savings, insurance, and related financial services, including branch- or area-level workflows.
Knowledge of market sizing, demand analysis, service gap identification, and rural/urban customer behavior in microfinance.
Familiarity with territory design, workload balancing, and field force deployment models.
Understanding of performance metrics, incentive calculations, payout processes, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in MIS/ERP/field data collection tools, dashboards, and digital module requirements gathering.
Ability to analyze operational and market data (portfolio, caseload, demand trends) and prepare actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills for field teams, supervisors, and cross-functional units.
Skill in process mapping, bottleneck identification, and proposing improvements for supervision and territory management.
Accuracy and timeliness in incentive calculation, validation, documentation, and payout coordination.
Capability to gather requirements, track execution, follow up with teams, and capture user feedback for system enhancements.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Job Purpose
The position ensures strategic expansion of microfinance operations by conducting market analyses, optimizing workforce distribution, and supporting effective supervision. It further contributes to performance improvement through incentive modeling, digital process enhancement, and collaborative development of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of market potential, growth opportunities, and service gaps to support strategic expansion across branches, areas, regions, and divisions.
Ensure effective caseload distribution and capacity enhancement for the field workforce by maintaining, reviewing, and optimizing service territories.
Strengthen field-level supervisory roles by analyzing portfolios, reviewing supervision patterns, and supporting the development of improved supervision models.
Analyze market challenges and competitive dynamics to develop data-driven incentive models aimed at enhancing performance and motivation of field staff.
Support supervisors in conducting monthly and quarterly reviews of market dynamics, demand shifts, and KPI achievements to drive continuous performance improvement.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of quarterly and monthly incentive payouts for field staff in alignment with operational standards.
Support digital transformation initiatives for operational processes, including requirement gathering, follow-up, execution, and feedback collection for digital tools and modules.
Collaborate with internal teams and external industry partners to gather insights, co-develop innovative business models, and support the scaling of new products and services.

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
